Delivery – US
Delivery is free in the USA.
We deliver to all 50 states in the USA, for no extra charge. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes – if you place an order with a PO box address, we will contact you to request an alternate address.
Your order will be dispatched from the UK. Orders under $800 fall under the customs threshold, and so should not incur any additional customs charges.
Your order will be dispatched via a courier delivery service who may pass it on to a local courier for delivery.
You will be able to use the tracking number to track your parcel once your order is dispatched. You should expect delivery within 3-10 working days from when you have placed your order.
Delivery – Rest of the world
We now deliver our gravity defying sleeping surfaces worldwide. Shipping is $25.
Parcels are dispatched via a courier service (DPD), but please note that they may be passed on to a local courier for delivery. You will be able to use the DPD tracking number to track your parcel once your order is dispatched.
Customs
Please be aware that our facilities are located in the UK. If you’re placing an international order, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties.
We’ve found that Canada is particularly thorough about charging customs fees, so please be aware of this prior to ordering.
If you’d like an idea of these, we’ve found this calculator to be quite accurate (please change the origin country to the UK and the destination to wherever you are).
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please give us a chance to make it right first. You can get in touch via hello@levitexsleep.com and we will always aim to get back to you as soon as (humanly) possible.
We are changing your sleep posture, and this may take some getting used to. We recommend that you give our products a try for at least two weeks before deciding whether you love them (and we are sure you will).
USA Returns
If you decide to return your order and you are based within the USA, please post it back within 44 days, with a note that specifies your order number, your email address, shipping address, item name (found on your order confirmation) and the return reason to us at our USA returns only address.

Pillows must be returned in their original box and must be in their original condition without any damage, blemishes or stains. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pillows if they do not meet the outlined criteria.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
