Delivery and Returns

We deliver to all UK addresses. Parcels are delivered via a next day service (Royal Mail, Evri or DPD) and are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, UK delivery is £3.99. This delivery rule applies to all standard products.

Exceptions apply for bed frames and healthcare mattresses, which require specialist delivery and have separate charges outlined below.

Bed frames are available for delivery within mainland UK only.

To door delivery: £30

Please note:

• We do not currently deliver bed frames to islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or outside Great Britain.
• Deliveries are to the doorstep only (ground floor).
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Healthcare mattress: £85 delivery charge. Available in England, Scotland, and Wales only. Delivered to the room of your choice.

Disclaimer: On rare occasions, we might use alternative courier services due to unforeseen circumstances. Don’t worry - your tracking details will still be emailed to you so you can stay updated on your parcel’s journey.

One flat fee applies, regardless of the amount of products purchased (so if you were to purchase two pillows, you'd only pay £18 for the delivery of both of them).

Please note that you’re responsible for any customs charges or duties shall they be charged. Whether you incur any customs charges or duties is dependent on where you live, and unfortunately we have no control over this. If you’d like an idea of these, we’ve found this calculator to be quite accurate (please change the origin country to the UK and the destination to where you are).

Your order will be dispatched from the UK. Please note that the U.S. has removed the $800 duty-free allowance. All shipments, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties, tariffs, and fees. However, this situation is subject to change, and we recommend checking for updates before placing your order.

Approximate charges at entry are:

• Sleep Posture Pillow: ~43.5% in customs duties and tariffs, plus a small processing fee (MPF)
• Anywhere Travel Pillow: ~43.5% + MPF
• Seat Toppers / Lumbar Cushions: ~43.5% + MPF
• Sleep Posture Mattress Topper: ~37.3% + MPF
• Sleep Posture Mattress: We have discontinued mattress deliveries to the U.S. due to prohibitively high tariffs.

Your order will be dispatched via a courier delivery service who may pass it on to a local courier for delivery.

You should expect delivery within 3-7 working days from when you have placed your order.

We're currently unable to dispatch to Afghanistan, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Western Sahara, and Yemen.

Pillows

We are changing your sleep posture, and this may take some getting used to. We recommend that you give our pillows a try for at least two weeks before deciding whether you love them (and we are sure you will).

If you decide to return your pillow, please do so within 44 days of receiving it (we offer a 44 day trial period).

To return your pillow, please get in touch at hello@levitex.co.uk so we can arrange a returns label for you to drop off your return (within the UK only).

Pillows must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition without any damage, blemishes or stains. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pillows if they do not meet the outlined criteria.

Sleep Posture Mattress and Topper

If you purchase a mattress or a topper and find you don’t love it, we will pick it up and refund you, but please note that we only allow return requests to be made after you’ve slept on the mattress for 30 nights. This is so that your body has a chance to get used to the new sleeping surface.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-mainland UK customers, and so we don’t accept returns from outside the mainland UK.

Healthcare Mattress and Topper

Due to hygiene reasons, these products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Once opened, they are non-returnable.

Hugga Sleep System, Hugga individual components, Velcro Bedsheet & Onion T-roll

Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted once opened. They can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging.

Side Sleeper Wedge

To arrange a return, please contact hello@levitex.co.uk within 44 days of receiving your order. We will provide a returns label for UK customers.

Wedges must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition without any damage, blemishes or stains. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on wedges if they do not meet the outlined criteria.

Seat Toppers, Wheelchair Cushions & Lumbar Cushions

To arrange a return, please contact hello@levitex.co.uk within 44 days of receiving your order. We will provide a returns label for UK customers.

Cushions must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition, completely free of any marks, stains or odours. Any products that do not meet these standards will not be refunded.

Bed frames

We hope you’ll love your bed frame, but if something’s not quite right, you can notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts included.

If your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse, a £40 cancellation fee applies. If the item has already been dispatched or delivered, we can arrange a collection for a £60 fee, or you’re welcome to organise your own insured return courier.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and we’ll make it right with replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund depending on the situation.

Accessories

Any accessories like pillowcases can only be returned if they're still unopened in their original packaging.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

Pillows

If you decide to return your pillow from the US, please post it back within 44 days, with a note that specifies your order number, your email address, shipping address, item name (found on your order confirmation) to us at our returns-only address:

Use our returns portal to print your returns label.

Please note that your return is not free of charge – all returns are subject to a $10 postage fee per item.

You can pay for your return directly within our returns portal and then drop it off at a nearby location. Please make sure the barcode and order number are not obscured and are clearly legible.

We’ve looked for a solution to make returns affordable for you after hearing horror stories of customers being charged $60 with USPS and $10 returns is currently the best option that allows us to provide you with a returns service without increasing prices.

Mattresses and toppers

If you have purchased a mattress or a topper from the US and wish to return it, unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-mainland UK customers, and so we don’t accept returns from outside the mainland UK.

Please note that we do not accept mattress or topper returns outside of the mainland UK.

If you decide to return your order and are based outside of the UK or the US, please post it back within 44 days, with a note on the outside of the box that specifies your order number, to us at:
